WHAT IS THE VORPAK TRAYSHEET
VORPAK TRAYSHEET (VTS) & VORPAK SKIDSHEET (VSS)
• An alternative solution for the transportation of natural rubber.
• A flat Recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheet.
• The VTS encases the first 2 bale levels for maximum support and stability.
• The VSS fits between stacked units.
HOW THE VTS/VSS WORKS

Place Traysheet Flat on the Floor

Fold Flaps and interlock the corners.

Place Traysheet inside Metal Form.
-
Place NR Bales inside Traysheet.
-
Remove Metal Form after pressing.
-
Fasten 3 rows of plastic straps tightly through the appropriate Traysheet holes.

Surround Unit with heat treated poly wrap.
-
Strap Skidsheet around the top of the unit when applicable.
